Breech Consult

Some babies need a bit more help getting into a head down position for birth. That’s where Sherry comes in! As an AWARE Spinning Babies and Body Ready Method practitioner, she will complete a head to toe assessment, looking at your individual characteristics. She will also ask a series of questions in an effort to identify any limiting factors or lifestyle choices that may be hindering the baby’s turn. Sherry will then create a personalized plan of care encouraging baby to “take the space” she and you help give it so baby can find the best position for a safe birth.

The Spinning Babies and Body Ready Method techniques you will learn complement other alternative therapies encouraging the baby to turn such as chiropractic, myofascial therapy, and acupuncture/acupressure/moxibustion.

If baby’s position still remains breech after all of your best efforts, Sherry can refer you for an External Cephalic Version consult, if you choose.
